It couldn’t be easier. Because to transfer money with us, you don’t need to drive to the bank. You can do it all online in three quick steps, wherever you are.

  • Activate 2
    Activate your account

    We'll need the following from you
    • A copy of your passport*

      Make sure that it shows all 4 corners of the photograph page.
      * if you don't have a passport, contact us to discuss an alternative form of ID.

    • Proof of your physical address

      A recent bank statement or utility bill will do. Make sure it’s signed and dated by yourself, and that it’s the same address that you registered with.

    • Proof of your business address and a copy of the business certificate of registration**

      ** This is only when you’re registering a business. ASIC requires the account to be held under an individual’s name.

    Then send your documents to us in any one of these ways:
    • Upload them straight to our website, with our easy uploading tool
    • Via your phone - take photos of your documents with your mobile, and email them to us
    • Email them – scan the documents and email them to ausfx@1stcontact.com.au
    • Fax them to us on +61 3 8779 8918

    Make your transfer

    Simply log in and upload your transfer. We’ve got a few ways for you to transfer your funds. You’ll get to choose whichever’s most convenient for you:

    • Electronic Transfer
    • BPAY. If you choose this method, please contact us for your BPAY reference. Please note that it’s only available for transfers from AUD.
